Our sales office is open Monday thru Friday 8 AM to 5 PM Mountain Standard Time (Arizona - GMT -7) excluding holidays.

Arizona does not observe Daylight Saving Time (DST). We are always on Mountain Standard Time (MST), as opposed to Mountain Daylight Time (MDT). When DST is in effect, if it's 10 AM in New York, it's 7 AM in Arizona. During the rest of the year, when DST is not in effect, if it's 10 AM in New York, then it's 8 AM in Arizona.

Upon purchase of your TOLIS Group product, from resellers or direct, you must register your software to become eligable for your initial free 30 days of support. The TOLIS Group Technical Support department is unable to provide support for unregistered products.

Product Availability Information

Orders received by TOLIS Group before 2:00 PM, Mountain Standard Time, USA (GMT -0700) are typically fulfilled the same day.

Product Packaging Options:

• License-Only: License-Only via e-mail allowing fast delivery and demo product conversion.
• Boxed Product: Boxed product is available and contains a product CD and license card. TOLIS Group ships less than 1% of total product volume in boxed product format, therefore, an additional charge will apply.

Orders Placed Through Resellers

TOLIS will drop-ship directly to the purchaser or Reseller if boxed product is desired or we will e-mail licenses as requested for faster delivery.
