BRU LE System Requirements
This product is designed to run on the following operating systems:
- Mac OS X 10.6.X (BRU LE 2.0 or higher only)
- Mac OS X 10.5.X Intel
- Mac OS X 10.5.X PPC
- Mac OS X 10.4.0 – 10.4.8 & 10.4.11 Intel
- Mac OS X 10.4.0 – 10.4.8 & 10.4.11 PPC
- Mac OS X 10.3.9
Mac OS X 10.3.8 and earlier as well as 10.4.9 & 10.4.10 are not supported.
Snow Leopard Users: BRU LE 2.0 is required for all Snow Leopard installations. Prior versions of BRU LE are not supported on Snow Leopard. Mac OS X 10.6.0 and 10.6.1 are supported for Disk-to-Disk (D2D) operations only. 10.6.2 or better is required for proper tape operations.
Large Volume Users: BRU LE is not intended for single system environments that include RAID, Xsan, or other large storage volumes and file counts in the millions. Our BRU Server Desktop Edition product is a cost effective entry-level large capacity backup solution that provides robust support for larger single system environments.
