CRU Change Log

CRU is at its End Of Life and TOLIS Group no longer supports or develops this technology. While you may use CRU for your crash recovery model, users looking for a crash recovery tool on Linux are suggested to use Mondo Rescue New Window or Clonezilla New Window.

Version: 2.4.6-1

  • Changed CRU kernel to fix a ulimit bug in the 2.4 kernel we were using.

This could cause the automatic repartioning phase of the recovery to fail with a "File size limit exceeded" error on some SCSI systems.

If you receive a "Partitioning Failed" message during the automatic recovery phase of CRU, you should download this new version and recreate your boot and root diskettes
