ADIPHA TECHNOLOGIES SIGNS MASTER AGREEMENT TO DISTRIBUTE THE WORLD'S MOST RELIABLE DATA BACKUP SOLUTIONS INTO ASIA

Bangalore, India - July 25, 2005 - TOLIS Group, Inc, developer of the proven BRU brand of data backup and recovery solutions and Adipha Technologies today announce the signing of a Master Distributor Agreement that allows Adipha to distribute BRU software and bruAPP appliance solutions into the Indian subcontinent, ASEAN, and South Asian Region.
