ADIPHA TECHNOLOGIES SIGNS MASTER AGREEMENT TO DISTRIBUTE THE WORLD'S MOST RELIABLE DATA BACKUP SOLUTIONS INTO ASIA

Bangalore, India - July 25, 2005 - TOLIS Group, Inc, developer of the proven BRU brand of data backup and recovery solutions and Adipha Technologies today announce the signing of a Master Distributor Agreement that allows Adipha to distribute BRU software and bruAPP appliance solutions into the Indian subcontinent, ASEAN, and South Asian Region.

Data backup is all about the restore, and BRU data backup and restore solutions are the only tools that can recover from read errors during a restore when all other tools simply abort. BRU is protecting the informational assets of companies of all sizes worldwide, and the reliability of BRU technology is such that national space agencies around the globe use BRU to protect the irreplaceable data streaming-in from their space projects.

Adipha will distribute all BRU-based software solutions and the bruAPP line of self-contained backup server appliances: each able to support virtually all operating system platforms. Since entering the Macintosh market, TOLIS' BRU technology is fast becoming the standard of Mac OS X backup.
