TOLIS GROUP OPENS UK OFFICE TO BOLSTER BRU PRESENCE IN EUROPE AT LARGE

SCOTTSDALE, Arizona - March 5, 2002 - The TOLIS Group, Inc., a Talented Organization Leveraging Intelligent Solutions, today announces the opening of a satellite office in the UK to better serve Distributors, Resellers and OEMs throughout the UK and Europe. TOLIS develops the BRU^TM backup and recovery products that are recognized worldwide for their reliability. Adrian Kerton, formerly of HP in Bristol, England, will manage the office located in Bristol. Mr. Kerton brings a wealth of storage knowledge and experience to the TOLIS Group, and to the market. Mr. Kerton's passion for quality and customer satisfaction mirrors and complements that of the TOLIS Group. He is chartered to expand the selling and distribution channels in the UK and Europe, and work with key OEMs. Mr. Kerton holds a Master of Science degree from Bristol University. "Oversea orders are picking up briskly, and opening this office allows us to provide an even higher level of service to further propagate BRU," said Bob Christ, executive vice president at TOLIS. "This satellite office complements our Eastern coverage in Japan, supplied by the Tokai Software Company." TOLIS acquired the BRU technology in July 2001 and began shipping the first TOLIS-branded BRU solutions on February 18th. Their flagship product, BRU-Pro 2.0, for large heterogeneous network systems will ship early in March. BRU-Pro is the only professional level backup solution that literally "backs itself up" as well as critical client data.
