Please note that user discussions lists are user-to-user communication and daily emails are to be expected. TOLIS Group will monitor the user discussion lists and may submit responses. However, the discussion lists are not to be any type of replacement for contacting TOLIS Group Staff. If you need to contact TOLIS Group for technical assistance, please visit the Support Center or if you need to contact TOLIS Group for any other reason, please use our contact page.

Please make sure that upon receiving the first email from the mailing list that you add the email address to your address book or filter rules to ensure that all future messages from this list are received. All announcement emails are sent from the "mail.tolisgroup.com" domain.

Volume Description:

The TOLIS Group mailing lists have three different volume levels that are based on the average number of total emails per month. Each level is explained below. Some months may have higher averages than what this page shows, as well as some months may have lower averages than shown. This is provided to give an estimated volume of email that subscribers may receive.

Announcement Lists:

Only TOLIS Group can send e-mails for announcement lists. Subscribed users will not be be able to do so, the message will be rejected. Announcement lists are for updates, upgrades, and other important announcements. If you want to be emailed about updates, upgrades, or other important announcements, please subscribe to the appropriate lists.

Discussion Lists:

These lists are user-to-user discussion lists. Subscribed users can email the list and all subscribers will get any e-mails sent to these lists. TOLIS Group will moderate these lists to ensure they remain clean. The discussion lists are not a replacement for technical support from TOLIS Group but can be used to get feedback and other information from other BRU users.
